Our streamlined delivery capabilities are dedicated to having standard sizes of our furniture on the ready for design detailing to be added but we are adept at working with professionals to modify our designs to differing scales. These custom orders usually arrive in 8-10 weeks but this is an estimate and some pieces may take longer depending upon the complexities of the design customization. All clientele will be notified as soon as it becomes clear that production will take longer than the time initially quoted. Please note that no returns are accepted on custom and special orders.
Because we are a “Made in America” brand, we have a smaller carbon footprint than manufacturers who produce furnishings overseas and ship them to the United States. We do not deforest nature to glean the sustainable woods we use, as we choose to source plantation-raised trees instead, a move that adds significant heft to our environmentally friendly stance. This means the time quoted to receive custom orders is true time on the production floor and not weeks spent in cargo containers on open ocean waters.
Lead-times are also reflective of the fact that human hands shape our products, the skill required to fabricate such high quality pieces honed during countless hours spent learning the craft of fine furniture making. Special orders are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to your needs and fabric choices and specifications. A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken when the order is placed; the remaining 50% will be charged when your order ships. If you choose to cancel your special order item(s) prior to delivery, your 50% deposit will not be refunded.
Once delivered, special order returns or exchanges due to customer preference or any other reason cannot be accepted.
